I finished playing the game! I really enjoyed it, and think it has potential to grow to be something even bigger. Even if it doesn't, I still had some good scares and really enjoyed this 😆😆!
I (think) I completed the game and got the weird ending, but it didn't feel like it was complete. My question is that are there more than just 1 ending?
Either way, this is an awesome game that is really good at its supposed to; to make you uncomfortable and scare the living hell out of you.
But my only problem is that it feels... not completed..? I feel like I have more questions now that I learned more about the game. What happened to Rich, where did Pux go after you fell unconscious? And is there more about that girl selling weird never bizarre meat? Perhaps it came from the monsters? You get my point.
It's not that the game is bad, it's the opposite (Its amazing!). But I think it would be great if the game elaborate a little bit more on the world in "For Mother Matron" because I am really interested in the characters behind it. Great job on the game nonetheless!
There is only one ending, so you didn't miss anything! As far as my original goals for the game / what story I wanted to tell, it's complete.
I left some intentionally unanswered questions in the story that I felt would either spark the imagination or help feed into the terror (for example, I think it's creepier if you have no idea where Marissa gets her meat. It might be harvested from the monsters, but who knows where it's actually from?).
That said, I am considering expanding the story out and answering some of those questions, either through added content to this game or through new games entirely. Unsure which at the present moment. I think you'll enjoy some of the things I have in store though!
Thank you for leaving this honest review and while it didn't entirely satisfy in its current state, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
It´s certainly one of my favourite novels I've played through because it has a very interesting concept and how bizarre it is. I would certainly love to play your other horror novels should you ever decide to make one :)
So I was surprised when I play this because turns out it was a very well-laid visual novel. I thought it wasn't because there's no people in the comment section. Totally recommend checking this visual novel out.
It really plays well in the sound & music and also are very well written. The characters are unique on their own and it has voice acting!
Part 2. This one makes me speechless. You don't hold back with the death and consequences do you. I really love that its not just some kind of off-screen mistake.
